How the soundboard works
1. Pick your pads
Browse the 12 synthesized effects: scream, wind, heartbeat, church bell, raven, thunder, footsteps, creak, wolf howl, bat wings, cackle and whisper.
2. Click or hold
A quick click fires a one-shot effect. Press and hold the pad to loop it while you prepare the next scare, then release to stop it instantly.
3. Mix into your stream

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to download any audio files?
No. Every effect is generated in real time with the Web Audio API — oscillators, filtered noise and LFO modulation running entirely on your device. The page works offline after the first load and never sends audio anywhere.
Can I use these sounds in my YouTube or Twitch stream?
Yes. Because the sounds are algorithmically synthesized originals generated locally in your browser, they contain no copyrighted samples. Use them freely in streams, videos, podcasts and haunted-house events — no attribution required.
Why does a pad not play when I click it?
Browsers block audio until you interact with the page. Clicking any pad for the first time unlocks the audio context, after which all pads respond instantly. Make sure your system and tab are not muted.
Can I loop a sound hands-free?
Hold the pad down with your mouse or finger and the effect repeats continuously until you release it, which is ideal for ambient beds like wind, rain or heartbeat under a scene.
