FAQ

Contact FAQ

How fast do you reply?
Usually within a few days, often within 24 hours during October. Long partnerships may take a little longer.
I found a bug in a tool. What info should I include?
Tell us the tool name, your browser (Chrome/Safari/Firefox), your device (phone/desktop) and what you expected to happen vs. what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
Can you build [my idea] as a tool?
We love tool requests. Tell us who it is for (TikTok creators? party hosts? kids?) and what job it should do. We prioritize requests we see repeated many times.
